Carne Asada Plate

A carne asada plate is a dish typically made of grilled beef, beans, rice, and salsa. It is a popular dish in many Latin American countries, and its name literally means «grilled meat.»

Carne asada can be made with any type of grilled meat, but the most popular type is beef. The beef is typically marinated in a mixture of spices and lime juice before being grilled. Once grilled, it is often served with beans, rice, and salsa. Some people also like to add avocado or cheese to their carne asada plate.
